GUNNISON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that Gunnison City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment on the following:
1. A land use code amendment that changes the uses allowed in the city's zones with primary focus being on the R&C zone and the development standards for property within the R&C zone.
2. An increase to the city's water impact fee based on the city water master plan, which was adopted June 28, 2023 by Gunnison City Resolution 2023-06.
In compliance with ADA, those citizens in need of assistance may contact the Gunnison City offices at 435-528-7969 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing.
