NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY JSPA (Jordanelle Specially Planned Area) PLANNING COMMITTEE will hold a Public Hearing on February 27, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider the below listed items:
NOTE: The JSPA Planning Committee meeting will be held in person as well as online via Zoom.

Stetson Blackmore, representing Sage Hen Mayflower, LLC requests interpretation from the JSPA Planning Committee related to the JSPA Design Handbook color palette for a monument sign using red stone as opposed to the blonde and gray stone used in the initial site plan application for the Sage Hen development.
