5 Discussion
5.1 Facility Update
Mr. Mike Tanner will provide a brief overview of various construction projects throughout the district.
5.2 PC Athletic Master Plan
Scott Later, MHTN, will review the PC Athletic Master Plan and answer any questions the Board may have.
5.3 FY25 School Fees
Business Administrator, Randy Upton will present the FY25 preliminary fee schedule and spending plans.
6 Public Comment-Student Fees
The State Board of Education requires the local Board of Education to review preliminary fee items and provide an opportunity for public comment. This is a public opportunity for feedback with no decision to be made at this meeting.

The Board has reviewed the proposed calendar for the 24/25 school year and they will adopt the final calendar.

The Board of Education wants to hear live input from community members at our meetings. In order to respect and preserve the time allotted to each presenter on the agenda, each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes. Speakers representing a group will be limited to five (5) minutes.
