CALL TO ORDER APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Motion to approve minutes from the November 16, 2023 meeting. PUBLIC COMMENT The public is invited to make comments or bring issues before the board for discussion. DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. Review key areas of concern for land use and zoning in the city as identified by board members and assigned at the January meeting. 2. Discussion of a potential Main Street North Gateway Zone including permitted uses, visual character and other elements. ADJOURNMENT BY CONSENSUS
