- Notice of a Public Hearing The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 6:00 pm. Conditional Use Permit: - 2505 East T-Mobile Cell Tower Modification. A proposal to modify equipment on an existing cell tower located at 2505 East Canyon Road. The Planning Commission and City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 6:00 pm. General Plan Revision: - General Plan Revision. The proposal is for a full review of the City's General Plan related to land use. Zone Change: - DB Industrial. A proposal to change the current zone from Rural Residential, R-R, to Light Industrial, I-1, to allow for industrial development located at 3550 North 1150 West. - McDonald Zone Change. A proposal to change the zone from Rural Residential, R-R, to General Commercial, C-2, located at 2300 South Main Street. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
