NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on February 21, 2024. The hearing will be held at 7:00 pm at the City of Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Dr., Woodland Hills, UT 84653.
1. Rezone Request from Dean and Janet Egbert owner of property located at 121 West Lakeview Way. The request is to rezone the property from an R-2 zone to an R-1 zone.
