2024 Annual Meeting Schedule of the Business Advisory Board of Salt Lake City Public Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual Meeting Schedule of the Business Advisory Board of Salt Lake City, Utah, shall be as follows: The Business Advisory Board regularly conducts monthly meetings on the second Wednesday of each month unless otherwise deemed necessary. These meetings are typically held at 8:30 a.m. Each monthly agenda will be posted in accordance with Utah Law on the State of Utah Public Notice Website https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html. As specified in the agenda for each meeting, the Business Advisory Board meeting may be held electronically without an anchor location, electronically by providing an anchor location at the City & County Building, or by holding the meeting in-person at the City & County Building. The City & County Building is located at 451 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 and is an accessible facility with a street-level entrance located on the east side of the building. All meetings of the Business Advisory Board are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206 and 78B-1-137, Utah Code Annotated. Notice of each BAB meeting is given at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting as required by State law. An agenda of each meeting is posted at: Salt Lake City website http://www.slcgov.com/node/565 and State of Utah Public Notice website https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html Notice: - People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation at least three working days before a meeting by calling the Department of Economic Development at 801-535-7200.
