[Conditional Use Permit] Troy Benson-Verizon/Logan City is requesting a design review permit for a new Verizon Wireless Communication Tower located near the West Willow Park batting cages at 565 West 700 South in the Recreation (REC) zone; TIN 02-058-0043 (Woodruff Neighborhood).
PC 24-003 Robinson Ranch Subdivision -Continued from the January 11th meeting. [Subdivision Permit] Adam Mackelprang/MV Properties LLC is requesting a subdivision permit to subdivide a 3.19-acre parcel into 15 single family building lots located at 715 Park Avenue in the Traditional Neighborhood Residential (NR-6) zone; TIN 02-071-0021 (Woodruff Neighborhood).
PC 24-004 Land Development Code Amendment - Engineering Design Standards, Water and Sewer, Chapter 17.29 [Code Amendment] Darren Farar/Logan City is requesting an amendment to Chapter 17.29 to adopt the City of Logan Public Works Design Standards for sanitary sewer, culinary & secondary water, and storm drain systems.
PC 24-005 Land Development Code Amendment - Alcohol, Chapters 17.11, 17.62 [Code Amendment] Aaron Smith/Logan City is requesting a code amendment to the Land Development Code, Chapters 17.11 and 17.62 that include a change to the administrative procedures for alcohol licensing to better conform with state and local laws; and make changes to local restrictions regarding alcohol uses.
