- CIRCLEVILLE'S Request For Proposals/Qualifications - CIRCLEVILLE is soliciting statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified General Contractors/Engineering Firms for CEMETERY IMPROVEMENTS in CIRCLEVILLE. This Request for a Statement of Qualification and Proposals ('RFQ') is being issued as a bidding process to select a qualified contractor/firm to provide construction services for the aforementioned project. Project rating criteria can be found in the full RFP. Please review the full RFP for details and submittal instruction. You can also pick up a copy of the full RFP at CIRCLEVILLE TOWN BUILDING, 210 S CENTER, CIRCLEVILLE UT 84723. Proposals must be received before DECEMBER 29 BY 5PM. No proposals will be accepted after the closing date and time.
