Consent Agenda

6. 6:15pm - Annual Meeting Schedule: approve meeting dates for 2024
7. 6:20pm - Treasurer's Report
8. 6:30pm- Clerk's Report
9. 6:45pm- District Manager's Report, to include Dust, Snow, Facilities, Equipment, etc.; this is a report only and not for action.
10. 6:55pm- Chief's Report, to include all Fire & EMS operations; this is a report only and not for action.
11. 7:05pm - Personnel Report: action may include approving and/ratifying personnel actions.
12. 7:10pm - Apparatus Report: review District apparatus status report, status of vehicle trackers, and recommendation on how best to utilize, repurpose, or dispose of equipment. Action may include approving repair, retrofit, or disposition of vehicles.
13. 7:20pm - Firefighting/EMS updates: Overview of Fire/EMS for 2024. Action may include approving equipment, staffing, supplies, etc.
14. 7:30pm - Wildland: Historical review of past Wildland operations and any recommendations for 2024. Action may include approving equipment and/or hiring.
15. 7:45pm - Surplus Property: review status of lots owned in Swains Creek and process for selling. Action may include approving sale or disposal of property.
16. 7:50pm - Wildland Captain Position - Review/Discuss recommendation for Wildland Captain Position. Action may include approving the position, job description, compensation, etc.
17. 8:00pm - Proposed Wage Structure Update: Discuss proposal for additional grades/classifications in CMFPD wage structure. Action may include approving the proposed wage structure with additional grades/classifications.
18. 8:10pm - Stepped Longevity Wage Proposal: Discuss a proposed stepped longevity wage structure and how it would work. Action may include approving the longevity wage structure.
19. 8:20pm - EMS Training Captain Revised Pay: Review recommended EMS Training Captain Revised Pay Structure. Action may include approving the revised pay structure.
20. 8:30pm - Technology: Review updates and recommendations for technology items. Action may include approving new software, hardware, vendors, etc.
21. 8:35pm - Other Business
22. 8:45pm - Closed Session, if needed -- to discuss personnel or pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
