PUBLIC HEARING
The Garden City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C.

2. Discussion of food truck rezone located at 105 W. Logan Road. Barry Henline
3. Discussion of Waters' Edge PUD Phase 2 Preliminary Plat. This is at the location of the current Motor Lodge. Remove existing building and add 6 commercial lots and common areas for parking. Located at 50 S Bear Lake Blvd. Teri Eynon and Norm Mecham
4. Discussion of ordinances:
#24-01 - An Ordinance updating the final plat ordinance
#24-02 - An Ordinance updating building regulations
