Notice is hereby given that the Bristlecone Water Improvement District ('District') will hold a Public hearing & meeting of the Board of Trustees ('Board') on Friday, December 29thh, 2023 at the Garfield County Courthouse located at 55 S Main, Panguitch Utah.. A general session is scheduled to begin at 2:00
p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.
1. ROLL CALL TO DETERMINE QUORUM
2. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
3. DISCUSSION AND ADOPTION OF 2024 BUDGET
4. ELECTION OF CHAIR AND TREASURER
5. POTENTIAL CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING OR REASONABLY IMMINENT LITIGATION, PERSONNEL MATTERS OR OTHER MATTERS, AS PERMITTED BY THE UTAH OPEN AND PUBLIC MEETING ACT.
