hearing to consider and potentially recommend to amend the Sanpete County Roadway Design
and Construction Manual and Subdivision Ordinance.
Notice is hereby given that Thomas Fuhriman and Jerri Fuhriman have filed a Petition to the
Sanpete County Planning Commission requesting approval of a plat amendment to the Sage and Cedar
Subdivision. The petition is asking to add an additional lot to the subdivision. The affected property is
located at 29080 North 11375 East Fairview, Utah. The Sage and Cedar Subdivision is recorded as an
approved subdivision. More specifically described as parcel #S-64134, and S-64133.
