to The Point, following the procedures set forth below.
3. Minutes of the November 8 and 21, 2023 Board Meeting ACTION
The board will consider approving the minutes of the November board meetings.
4. Financial Statement ACTION
Don Willie
Staff will review the current financial statement.
5. Approval of Infrastructure Loan Fund Terms ACTION
Alan Matheson
The board will consider adopting the terms of the loan fund established by
the Executive Appropriations Committee.
6. Convergence Hall and the Innovation District INFORMATIONAL
Jefferson Moss
USHE representatives will update the board on efforts to program
Convergence Hall and develop concepts for the Innovation District at The Point.
7. Lincoln Property Company Life Science Campuses INFORMATIONAL
Patrick Gilligan, Lincoln
Representatives of LPC will review their work with life-science campuses
and lessons applicable to The Point
8. Adjourn ACTION
