- Public Notice Invitation to Submit Proposals: The City of South Salt Lake will accept submittals for Stage 1 Qualifications for the project titled: New Public Works Campus: Campus Remodel and Expansion, until 2:00 p.m. on January 5th, 2024. Proposals received after 2:00 p.m. will not be opened. The scope of work for this contract includes Construction Manager at Risk and General Contractor services for the construction of a public works facility and supporting campus. All required documents for the request for qualifications process shall be directly submitted via U3P/SciQuest, until 2:00 p.m. on January 5th, 2024. Written questions can be submitted to the Community and Economic Development Director, Jonathan Weidenhamer at jweidenhamer@sslc.gov and copied to Kerryn Talbot at ktalbot@sslc.gov and copied to David Milne at dem@mocasystems.com before 5:00 p.m. on December 15th, 2023. Responses to written questions will be posted via an Addendum on U3P/SciQuest by 5:00 p.m on December 19th. There is a non-mandatory Prequalification Meeting for this project on December 14th, 2023 at 11:00 am. Notice of Shortlisted firms will be issued on January 12th, 2024. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
