2.e Public Hearing: City Initiated Bluffdale Deannexation Zoning and Land Use Map Amendment (Legislative Action)
On the request of Draper City to amend the Zoning and Land Use Maps to remove from the maps 0.889 acres of property located approximately at 600 West 14600 South. The property is currently zoned M1 (Light Manufacturing) and has a Cultural/Institutional Land Use designation. Applications 2023-4628-MA, 2023-4629- MA. 2.f Public Hearing: Radnet Corporate Office Building Site Plan Request (Administrative Action)

2.g Public Hearing: Town Center Station Area Plan (Legislative Action)
On the request of Draper City for a Station Area Plan for the Town Center TRAX Station, located at approximately 1131 East Pioneer Rd.
