- Wasatch County Parks & Recreation SSD #21 Public Notice Public Notice is hereby given that the Wasatch County Parks & Recreation Special Service District #21 Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on December 12, 2023. The purpose of the hearing is to hear comment from the public and to discuss approval of the 2024 Budget amendments and the approval of the 2024 Budget. The hearing time is 6:00 P.M. Location of the hearing is 25 N.
