NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Hinckley, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hinckley Town Council Chambers, located at 161 East 300 North, Hinckley, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing shall be to receive public commentary about the proposed ordinance recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission to amend Hinckley Town Code, Title 10, Zoning Regulations, Chapter 20, Recreational Vehicles. The ordinance considers amending recreational vehicle uses and includes recreational vehicle parks.
