3. Discussion and possible action on a Nightly Rental Application submitted by Michael Orvin. Tax ID # T-PARK-2-212, current zoning is R-1-20 Single Family Residential.
4. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2023.XX - Business License to modify regulations regarding the term for new business licenses and the renewal of existing business licenses.
5. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2023.XX - Planning Commission to modify the alternate members attendance rules.
