NOTICE OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Adjustment will hold the following public hearing on November 29, 2023, at
approximately 6:00 p.m. in the City of Orem Council Chambers, located at 56 North State Street, Orem,
Utah, to consider the following:
APPEAL - The applicant requests the Board of Adjustment hear an appeal pertaining to the City of
Orem's determination that their DRC application was incomplete for a Holiday Oil gas station and
convenience store located generally at 1981 South Geneva Road in the C2 zone.
The proposed amendment is available in the Office of Development Services, Room #105, 56 North
State Street, Orem, Utah. If you have any questions regarding the proposed zone change or
amendments, contact the Development Services Department at 229-7058.
