Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 05:30 PM on 11/08/2023. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

a. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS. Consideration and possible approval of the reappointment of Jan Young, Todd Thorne and Judy Beacco to the Price City Planning and Zoning Commission. Upon approval of the appointments each will be sworn in by the City Recorder.
b. RESOLUTION NO. 2023-021 - A Resolution of the Governing Body of Price Municipal Corporation, Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of a Municipal Lease-Purchase Agreement with Respect to the Acquisition, Financing and Leasing of Certain Equipment for the Public Benefit Within the Terms Provided Herein; Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of Documents Required in Connection Therewith; and Authorizing the Taking of All Other Actions Necessary to the Consummation of the Transactions Contemplated by This Resolution.
c. AUDITORIUM/AMBASSADOR FOR HOPE CHRISTMAS CONCERT. Wendy Grant, Ambassador For Hope Children's Choir is requesting use of the Price City Auditorium on December 4, 2023 from 6:00 p.m.to 8:00 p.m. along with the fee being waived.

a. MINUTES for 10-25-2023 City Council Workshop and City Council.
b. CITY AUDIT - Consideration and possible approval of an agreement with Larson & Company for financial audit services for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2023.
c. SURFACE RIGHTS AGREEMENT. Consideration and possible approval of a Subordination and Waiver of Surface Rights Agreement between Price City and Savage Services Corporation.
d. BUSINESS LICENSES. Hand Candy Tattoo at 80 S Carbon Ave for Keisha Way. Blossom Bookkeeping, LLC at 808 N 1100 E for Grace Hilliker.
