- Special Board Meeting of the Washington County Solid Waste District November 13, 2023 Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of the Washington County Solid Waste District will hold a special meeting via Zoom with an anchor location at the District Office located at 325 N Landfill Rd, Washington, Utah on Monday, November 13, 2023, commencing at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be broadcast via Zoom. Consideration for approval to award the construction contract for Phases 1 and 2 of the Infrastructure Improvement Project. Background and Information: WCSW went through the SOQ process to pre-qualify contractors for the Infrastructure Improvement Project. These qualified contractors participated in the RFP process and the subsequent responders submitted their bids. The WCSW internal project committee reviewed the bids and are providing a recommendation to the Board for awarding the contract. This project will be funded by the previously approved CIB loan.
