Description/Agenda

Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold six public hearings on Thursday, November 9, 2023, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. 1. The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive public comment on a conditional use permit request for an oversized structure (4,023 sq ft) and height of (30 ft) located at 4790 S 5500 W for Bryce Clark. 2. The purpose of the second public hearing is to receive public comment on a conditional use permit request for an oversized structure (2,000 sq ft) located at 5409 W 3750 S for Scott Larsen. 3. The purpose of the third public hearing is to receive public comment on Re-Zone request located at 5714 W 4200 S for Still Water Construction. Requesting to be rezoned from R1 to R .75. 4. The purpose of the fourth public hearing is to receive public comment on a Preliminary Review of the Perez Subdivision located at 5998 S 5100 W. 5. The purpose of the fifth public hearing is to receive public comment on a Preliminary Review of the Brooks Estates Subdivision located at 5225 S 4600 W. 6. The purpose of the sixth public hearing is to receive public comment on a conditional use permit request for a Water Well located at 4769 W 5100 S for Hooper Water Improvement District.
