NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the South Jordan City Council will hold an in-person meeting on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, beginning at 6:30 PM in the South Jordan City Hall, located at 1600 W. Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah for the purpose of receiving public input on and reviewing each of the following: 1. Resolution R2023-48, Land Use Amendment for property located at 1753 - 1831 W South Jordan Parkway from Stable Neighborhood (SN) designation to Economic Center (EC) designation. 2. Zoning Ordinance 2023-06-Z, regarding the rezoning of property located at 1801 - 1831 W South Jordan Parkway from R-1.8 (Rural Residential) zone to C-C (Commercial Community) zone. 3. Resolution R2023-50, Development Agreement for property generally located at 9800 S 4800 W (Glenmoor Golf Course). 4. Resolution R2023-51, Land Use Amendment for property generally located at 9800 S 4800 W (Glenmoor Golf Course) from Open Space (OS) designation to Economic Center (EC) designation. 5. Zoning Ordinance 2023-07-Z, regarding the rezoning of property located generally at 9800 S 4800 W (Glenmoor Golf Course). Parcel 1 - From OS-P (Open Space-Park) & RM-6 PD (Multi-Family Residential Planned Development) zones to CC PD (Commercial Community Planned Development) zone. Parcel 2 - From RM-6 PD (Multi-Family Residential Planned Development) sone to OS-P (Open Space-Park) zone. 6. Resolution R-2023-52, Development Agreement for property generally located north and east of the intersection of 11800 S and Bacchus Highway. 7. Zoning Ordinance 2023-08-Z, regarding property generally located north and east of the intersection of 11800 S and Bacchus Highway (Proposed Shoreline Development) from A-5 (Agriculture) and C-I (Commercial Industrial) zones to CC-PD (Commercial Community Planned Development) zone. The meeting may also be joined virtually via Zoom.us phone and video conferencing.
