NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Woodland Hills will hold a Public Hearing at the City of Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT, on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following changes to the City Code:
1. Amending City Code Section 9-1-1B
2. Amending City Code 10-2-1 Definitions: Amending the Definition of the Building Inspector.
3. Amending City Code 10-4-5D(A)
4. Omitting City Code 10-8-2B(3)
5. Amending City Code 10-9-2 Permitted Building and Uses
6. Amending City Code 10-9-3 Area, Yard, and Height Regulations
7. Amending City Code 10-11-2A Accessory Building 200 square feet and under
8. Amending City Code 10-11-2B Accessory Building Over 200 square feet
9. Moving City Code 10-11-10 Keeping of Animals to City Code 5-6A-5 General Regulations relating to Animals adding a letter (N)
