Notice of Clearfield City Ordinance Adoption
The following ordinance has been passed by the Clearfield City Council:
CLEARFIELD CITY ORDINANCE 2023-21
October 10, 2023
Ordinance 2023-21 is enacted to establish a temporary land use regulation prohibiting the approval, development, erection, construction, reconstruction, installation, alteration, licensing, of a flag lot subdivision on any property throughout the City.
