NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing on October 25, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in the Wasatch County Senior Citizens Center, located at 465 East 1200 South, Heber City, to consider the below listed items; and that the WASATCH COUNTY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing on November 8, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Senior Citizens Center (address listed above) to consider the below listed items if advanced to the County Council by the Planning Commission*.
NOTE: Both the Planning Commission and County Council meetings will be held in person as well as online via Zoom.

1. Jason Sandburg, representing Core Architecture and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, requests consideration by the County legislative body for approval of ordinance 23-16 enacting, approving, adopting or authorizing the execution of a legislative development agreement in order to address aspects of the temple project. An associated MOU with the County, the Church and Heber City regarding improvements on Center Street will also be included as an exhibit to the legislative development agreement. *If forwarded, the recommendation by the Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Legislative Body, at a Public Hearing on November 8, 2023. 2. Jason Sandburg, representing Core Architecture and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, requests Final Subdivision plat approval for the Heber Valley Utah Temple. The subdivision contains one lot and dedicates property for improvements on Center Street. The parcel is ~18.17 acres located at ~1400 East Center Street in Township 4 South, Range 5 East in the Residential Agriculture 1 (RA-1) zone. *If forwarded, the recommendation by the Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Legislative Body, at a Public Hearing on November 8, 2023. Jason Sandburg, representing Core Architecture and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, requests Site Plan approval for the Heber Valley Utah Temple, a proposed religious temple consisting of a ~88,000 sf temple, ~2,000 sf grounds building, parking, landscaping and associated improvements on ~18 acres located at ~1400 East Center Street in Township 4 South, Range 5 East in the Residential Agriculture 1 (RA-1) zone. *If forwarded, the recommendation by the Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Legislative Body, at a Public Hearing on November 8, 2023.
