Public Notice is hereby given that the Santa Clara City Council will hold a Regular Meeting in the City Council Chambers, located at 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah on Wednesday October 11, 2023 commencing at 5:00 PM. Prevention Week. Presented by Andrew Parker, Fire Chief.
3. Discussion and action to consider a request from Jason Lyndsey to remove the requirement to
place sidewalk along the west side of Lugano Lane. Presented by Dustin Mouritsen, Public
Works Director.
4. Discussion and action to consider a Proposed Code Amendment to Title 16, Subdivisions and
approve Ordinance 2023-21 approving the code amendment. Presented by Jim McNulty, City
Planner.
