Planning Review of and discussion regarding the land use allowances contained in the AG Zone. Should additional use types/categories be added to the zone, conversion of some or all of any CUP requirements to Special Uses instead, prohibition or elimination of certain uses or previously allowed uses etc.

6.AACTION ITEM -- Cedar Pass Ranch Plat F Amendment Recommendation Planning Commission review and recommendation concerning a proposed plat note amendment pertinent to Lot 85 in Cedar Pass Ranch Plat F. The change is intended to allow Lot 85 to have a 35' front setback in lieu of the 50' setback originally required by the plat.
