Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting September 12, 2023.
2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) October 2023.
3. Discuss fiscal year 2023-2024 Budget
4. Homeless Summitt Conference October 16 SLC
5. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM.
6. Leak in units 105/106 Plumbing discussion.
7. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George
8. Financial Certification Signatures needed for CAP Fund 2023 (Greg)
