ITEM 1: PUBLIC HEARING - ISSUANCE OF BONDS
In accordance with Utah Code Ann. ยง 11-14-318, the Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing with respect to the issuance of the Issuer's Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2023A (the '2023A Senior Bonds') and Subordinate Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2023B (the '2023B Subordinate Bonds' and collectively, the 'Bonds') (to be issued in one or more series, under one or more indentures and with such other series or title designation(s) as may be determined by the Issuer) and the potential economic impact that the improvement, facility, or property for which the Bonds pay all or part of the cost will have on the private sector.

Consider adoption of amendment to the 2023-2024 fiscal budget.
