Description/Agenda
On January 24, 2023, the Lehi City Council adopted the official amended project area plan for the Alpine Highway Economic Development Project Area by adoption of Lehi City Ordinance No. 10-2023, a copy of which is enclosed with this notice. The Ordinance formally adopts the Plan for the Project Area and authorizes related actions by City staff and legal counsel. The Ordinance includes a legal description of the land within the Project Area and a map of the amended Project Area boundaries is included with this notice. The Ordinance and the adopted Project Area Plan are available for inspection during regular business hours at the Lehi City offices, 153 North 100 East, Lehi UT 84043
No action is required of you in connection with this notice.
