1. Josh Cook - Discussion/Decision - Planning Department
Amendment to the Morgan County Code by modifying the following sections of Morgan County Code:
MCC 8-12-20: Change the requirements for a Concept Plan to apply to 8 lots or less.
MCC 8-12-46: Utilities - This will change the 'Utilities' section to define 'Dry Utilities'.
MCC 8-5K-2: Scope. This will change the requirements within the Town Center zoning concerning Development Agreements.
