Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission Meeting on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Recreation Center, 10640 N Clubhouse Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. This is a public meeting, and anyone is invited to attend.

2. Public Comment: Time has been set aside for the public to express their ideas, concerns, and comments (comments limited to 3 minutes per person with a total of 30 minutes for this item)

3. Approval of the minutes from the August 22, 2023 Planning Commission meeting
4. Review/Recommendation and Public Hearing on final plan approval for a retail site located at 10066 North 4700 West in the PD-1 Planned Development/SC-1 Commercial Zone
5. Review/Recommendation and Public Hearing on preliminary plan approval for Lehi Bakery Lot 3 Plat B Rhinehart Land Subdivision located in the SC-1 Commercial Zone.
