NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Delta, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at the Delta City Municipal Building, located at 76 North 200 West, Delta, Utah. The public hearing shall begin promptly at 6:45 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing shall be to receive public commentary about the proposed annexation of land, located at approximately 1185 North Highway 6, known as the 1185 North Highway 6, Delta, Utah, 84624, into the corporate boundaries of the City of Delta, Utah.
