- PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a meeting at 7:00 pm, on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, in the City Council Chambers at 38 West Center Street. 1. Roll Call 2. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Public Forum (Public comments may be delivered in person at the meeting or submitted to the City Recorder prior to 5:00 pm on the meeting date for presentation to the City Council) 5. Discussion Items a. Code Amendment Regarding Main Street Architectural Standards b. State Land Use Regulation Changes c. General Plan Update 6. Review and Approval of Minutes - February 22, 2023 7. General Discussion 8.
