Staff will present the requests and any applicable data of which we need to be aware. 10:30 a.m. Action Item: Discussion and Vote on Small Expansion Applications The SCSB will discuss and vote on which, if any, of the Small Expansion requests to authorize. 11:00 a.m. Information Item: American Principles Academy Feedback American Principles Academy is returning to the SCSB, as they have requested a waiver from R277-552, which is our approved process and timeline. 11:15 a.m. Interview: American Principles Academy 12:00 p.m. Action Item: Discussion and Vote on American Principles Academy Application 12:30 p.m. LUNCH 1:30 p.m. Work Session and Possible Action Item: SCSB Strategic Plan 4:00 p.m. Possible Closed Session in Accordance with The Utah Open and Public Meetings Act for Purposes Outlined in Law: Action from Closed Session, if Needed
