- NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. OATH OF OFFICE - Youth City Council 6. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on August 22, 2023. 7. EXPENDITURES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for August 2023. 8. BUSINESS a. Planning Commission report. b. Consider approving Phase 3 of the TOK Development. c. Consider awarding the CDBG Park Project to KB Construction, LLC based on the engineer's review and a bid of $375,577. d. Consider approving a Ground Lease Agreement with Jay Robinson for Hanger Space # formerly owned by Travis Childers. e. Discuss current Cemetery fees and staff recommendations for changes. 10. OTHER BUSINESS 11. ADJOURNMENT
