IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Iron County Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Iron County Courthouse located at 68 S 100 East, Parowan, Utah. The hearing is to receive public comment on an application for an Amended Preliminary Subdivision 'Commerce Crossroads Logistics Park, Phase 1 (18 lots - previously 69 lots) - located between approximately 1300 N and 2400 N Iron Springs Road, Cedar City, Utah. Applicant: BZI Steel & Visco, c/o Ryan Obray Approximately 341.55 acres (previously 522.10 acres) located within Sections 33, 34 & 35, T35S, R12W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT (APN: E-0144-0006-0000). Property zoned Industrial & Light Industrial. All interested persons are invited to attend.
