Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting Tuesday, September 5th, 2023, at Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone or zoom. The agenda will be as follows:
1. Roll call.
2. Reading & Approval of minutes of previous meetings.
3. Jean Winn's Request for Zoning Ordinance Change from R7.5 to R7.5 with RU-1 Overlay.
4. CB&M Properties-Amendment on expansion of a Conditional Use Permit to Build Mini Homes on a Mixed-Use Lot.
5. Adjournment.
