The City of Holladay is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide research, writing, planning, design, fabrication/acquisition, and installation services for the creation of Holladay Historical Exhibit Experiences. The purpose of the project is to bring historic, arts, and cultural exhibit experiences to public spaces where people and facilities already exist. This Project will build upon the concepts identified in a recently completed 'Holladay Museum/Exhibit Feasibility Study.' The selected firm will add a historic walk in City Park, displays in City Hall, and/or engaging kiosks in community centers. The City anticipates that the new exhibits will open in the Spring of 2025.
Proposers must digitally submit their proposal by Monday, September 18, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Noon MST. Only submissions by email will be accepted. Send your proposal by email in a single PDF, that includes the complete proposal of all required information and documents, to hsmith@cityofholladay.com with the email subject 'Proposal for Holladay Historical Exhibit Experiences.' Proposals will not be publicly opened or read. No proposal will be accepted after the closing date and time.
Interested Proposers are invited to attend a virtual, pre-proposal on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. MST. To join the virtual meeting, please email Holly Smith at hsmith@cityofholladay.com to receive the Zoom details.
