Description/Agenda: Hyde Park City has issued an RFP seeking a development partner. The city is accepting proposals for a commercial business proposal that will incorporate a public recreation area on parcel 04-031-0017. Submission information can be found at the link below. Submissions will be accepted until November 14, 2023.
