- Ordinance 23-30 Summary In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted Ordinance 23-30, Amending Millcreek Code Sections 2.04.050 and 2.06A.030 Regarding Compensation Paid to City Council Members and the Mayor to be Effective January 1, 2024. The ordinance amends Millcreek Code by changing the compensation of the city council members from $15,000 to $17,000 and the mayor from $40,000 to $43,000, effective January 1, 2024.
