NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as
possible, on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to
consider the following items:
An amendment to the Lindon City Sign Code, Title 17.18, to permit detached pole signs in the Planned
Commercial 1 zone and provide additional design requirements for pole signs. Application is made by
Doug Smith Kia.
An amendment to the Lindon Village Commercial zone, Title 17.48.025, to allow for residential as a
permitted use. Application is made by Michael Coutlee.
An amendment to Lindon City Code Title 17.02 and 17.04 to establish regulations and standards for
Portable Storage Containers within Lindon City. Application is made by Lindon City.
An amendment to Lindon City Code to incorporate by reference as well as establish and clarify singlefamily
development requirements for the Anderson Farms Planned Development, R3 Overlay and
Planned Residential Development single-family zones as part of Title 17.44 - Single-Family Residential.
All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this petition.
Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at

A request to amend the Lindon City zoning map for the property located at 625 N 2800 W, with
Parcel Number 67:013:0004. This property is currently zoned Commercial General A8 (CG-a8)
and the proposal is to rezone the property to Mixed Commercial (MC). The applicant has
requested this re-zone in order to facilitate a future proposal for a 58,644 sq ft office warehouse
building. Applicant is Mark Weldon.
The Planning Commission will make a recommendation on all public hearing items to the City
Council. All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment
