EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will hold public hearings on August 22nd, at 6:30 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following items: - Firefly Preliminary Plat: The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission review of a request for Preliminary Plat Approval for Firefly NPA 8, Phase A, Plat 1A consisting of 409 total lots (169 single-family residential lots and 240 multi-family residential) on 74.66 acres of land within the Firefly Master Planned Community located in the southwest area of the City near SR-73 and Pole Canyon Blvd. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Robert Hobbs, rhobbs@emcity.org. - Harmony Site Plan: Site plan approval of Harmony Multi-Family with 226 townhome and stacked units on 14.45 acres in compliance with the Harmony Development Agreement. The request also involves vacating a portion of the Harmony Phase A Plat 5 Daniel Street/Delta Street right-of-way of adjacent to the site (Utah County Assessor No.59:045:0144). EMC Staff Point of Contact: David Stroud, dstroud@emcity.org. - The Marketplace at Town Center Development Agreement Amendment: Amending and restating the Development Agreement for The Marketplace at Eagle Mountain Town Center to change phasing, road construction, fencing, and landscaping (Utah County Assessor No. 59:044:0186). Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the City website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
