AGENDA FOR THE SPRINGVILLE COMMUNITY BOARD 110 South Main Street Multi-Purpose Room Thursday, August 10, 2023, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM CALL TO ORDER APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Motion to approve minutes from the July 13, 2023 meeting. PUBLIC COMMENT The public is invited to make comments or bring issues before the board for discussion. DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. Discuss wording the next general plan to avoid politically charge phrasing. 2. Continue scoring and prioritizing areas for the next plan. 3. Update on the Request for Proposals. 4. Schedule the presentations on the many plans like Reframe Downtown Central, 1600 South, Active Transportation & Station Area. The board suggested two presentations per meeting.
