a. Minutes of July 25, 2023 (open & closed) and June 13, 2023 (2 closed sets).
6:10 P.M. 3. Pleasant View Pickleball Association (PVPA). Discussion regarding PVPA efforts and next steps for Pleasant View Park Pickleball Tournament Court Facilities in coordination with Pleasant View City (Presenters: Paul and Elaine Pitcher).
6:20 P.M. 4. Dump Truck. Discussion and consideration to surplus Dump Truck #2 1995 International from the fleet at auction with the purchase of a replacement Dump Truck with Plow in the amount of $253,152.09 from Rush International and Reading Truck. (Presenter: Tyson Jackson)
6:30 P.M. 5. Closed Meeting. Consideration for a closed meeting pursuant to one or more of the provisions of the Utah Open and Public Meetings Law, Utah Code ยง 52-4-205(1).

Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, commencing at 6:00 PM.

The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
