NOTICE is hereby given regarding a public hearing before the Vineyard Planning Commission and City Council for two proposed zoning text amendments.
The first proposed zoning text amendment is to the Regional Mixed Use zoning district to increase the maximum building height.
The second proposed zoning text amendment is to modify the off-street parking requirements for 'Hotels or Motels'.
The Planning Commission public hearing is scheduled for July 19, 2023, and City Council public hearing is scheduled for July 26, 2023, both at 6 pm located at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Public Hearing Notice will be posted at the Vineyard City Hall, posted on the Vineyard City website, posted on the Utah Public Notice website, and delivered to surrounding entities.
