- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects: - Subdivision Approval: Applicant Justin Hill is seeking subdivision approval for a 2-lot single- family home subdivision. The subdivision is located at approximately 890 East 200 South on Utah County parcel numbers 30:054:0090, 30:054:0158, 30:054:0296. This phase of the development is plat B of the Hiatt Creek Development. - Zone Change Approval: Applicant Justin Hill is seeking the I-O, Infill Overlay zoning designation for property located at approximately 890 East 200 South on Utah County parcel numbers 30:054:0090, 30:054:0158, 30:054:0296. The I-O, Infill Overlay request is for reduced frontage and to establish a private drive approach for a recessed the proposed lot #2. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
