Public notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing and public meeting of the Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA) Board. Members of the public who wish to comment on the proposed fiscal year 2023-2024 MIDA budget and the proposed amended fiscal year 2022-2023 MIDA budget may do so during the public hearing portion of the meeting. DATE AND TIME Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 9:00 am LOCATION 450 Simmons Way Main Conference Room Kaysville, UT 84037 ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION INFO Members of the public may participate during the meeting via Zoom. Staff presentation on proposed amended budget for fiscal year 2022-2023 and proposed budget for fiscal year 2023-2024 by Paula Eldredge, MIDA CFO. 3. Public hearing to consider the adoption of the amended budget for fiscal year 2022-2023. 4. Public hearing to consider the adoption of the budget for fiscal year 2023-2024. 5. Consideration of Resolution 2023-06 Approving an Amended Budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 for MIDA. 6. Consideration of Resolution 2023-07 Adopting a Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 for MIDA, the P3+ Governmental Nonprofit Corporation, the MIDA Mountain Village PID, and the MIDA Golf and Equestrian Center PID. 7. Consideration of Resolution 2023-08 Adopting the Dugway Proving Ground Project Area Plan and Directing the Publication of a Notice of its Approval in a Newspaper of General Circulation. 8. Project Area Updates and Presentations: a. Kurt Krieg, Extell b. Sunset Ridge Development Partners (SRDP) 9. MIDA Updates: a.
